The sleeve O-ring is a perishable item and should be replaced every time the quartz sleeve (RQS-1190) is replaced to ensure leaks are prevented.

Cleaning the Quartz Sleeves

If your sleeve is fouled by and appears cloudy, we recommend removing the sleeve from the reactor and cleaning with a mineral remover such as CLR. Take care, quartz sleeves are fragile and may break, causing potential injury.
