Bag Filter Elements

Aquastream stocks a wide range of filter bags to suit standard housings in Australia with performances from 0.5 micron through to 800 microns.

Available in three FDA compliant media formats, polypropylene felt is suitable for the majority of applications. Polyester felt is more suited to higher temperature and solvent compatibilty applications. Nylon mesh is suitable for course filtration and also withstands higher temperatures.

Special order bags are available in double-layer polyester and polypropylene, extended-life, carbon impregnated and oil-removal media.

Polyester felt bags are cost effective and hard wearing with a good chemical compatibility. Offering nominal micron ratings from 0.5 to 200 micron. Available in either a plastic collar or metal ring type, bags are available in 5 industry-standard sizes.

Polypropylene felt bags offer higher efficiency across a micron range from 1 micron through to 200 micron. Available with plastic collar rings 5 industry-standard sizes.

Nylon monofilament bags are available from 50 through to 1000 micron ratings. Bags are available in 5 industry-standard sizes and have a plastic collar ring.
